We are based in Essex and East London, delivering Capoeira workshops and after-school clubs to primary schools across the region. The club is directed by Rui De Sousa (Professor Molinha) and Maya Walters, and delivered by a growing team of experienced, DBS checked Capoeira coaches.
Our coaches are known for their ability to connect with children of all ages and abilities. Sessions are structured and purposeful while staying genuinely fun from start to finish. Children do not realise how much they are learning.
We are part of the wider Capoeira Club network, with sister schools in North London, Croydon, Leeds and Italy. Our long-term aim is to bring high-quality Capoeira coaching to as many East London and Essex schools as possible, with a coaching team built to deliver consistently at every location.
What we offer
Enrichment workshops and after-school clubs. Both work as standalone offerings, and many schools grow the workshop into a regular club once they see how the children respond.
One-off or short programme sessions tied to your school calendar. Black History Month, Children's Mental Health Week, Carnival Experience and more. Delivered by our experienced coaching team, all equipment provided.
Regular weekly sessions run directly at your school by one of our coaches. Breakfast, lunch or after-school. Term programmes with clear progression, grading events and a strong sense of belonging for every child.
Enrichment workshops
Each programme is tailored to your school's objectives and year groups. All materials and equipment are provided by us.

"It is a real art to keep children as young as two engaged and learning for nearly an hour. There is clearly a lot of thought behind the class structure and it shows."
